OUR PROCESS
SCHEDULE YOUR LISTING SHOOT
Schedule your listing shoot by clicking the Book Appointment tab. (Payment is taken once you receive the photos/media material via email through Square Invoice). The booking form will have you fill out some simple information on the listing, as well as selecting the services you'd like. Once the form is complete, you will receive a confirmation email of the scheduled appointment.
WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES
On the day of your scheduled shoot, we will show up to the property, access the home as requested, and begin shooting the material within an efficient amount of time.
CONTENT DELIVERED NEXT DAY
You will receive your material ready to download via email from Aryeo within 24 hours. We will get in touch with you to confirm you have received the content. If for any reason you have trouble with downloading or uploading the material, please get in contact us and we will help you right away.

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SERVE?
Currently we are offering our services in most* zip code locations of San Diego County.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK YOUR SERVICES?
We suggest booking your appointment at least a week in advance. This allows enough time for either you or your seller to clean and prep the house before a photo shoot. However, if needed, we can book appointments as soon as the same day if availability is open. All appointments are subject to our availability.
CAN YOU SHOOT A HOME WITHOUT ANYONE PRESENT ON LOCATION?
Absolutley we can. If instructed to do so, we will enter a property via lock box or hidden key. However, we will not travel to an offsite location to pick up a key for entry.
WHAT IS YOUR RESCHEDULE / CANCELLATION POLICY?
We understand in this fast-paced world things happen. All we kindly ask is that you let us know as soon as possible so we can update it in our scheduling. Since payment is collected after you receive your product, no cancellation fees would apply.
