How far in advance should I book with you?
Always the sooner the better! However, we might be able to shoot your listing last minute! Just contact us.
Do I need to be on site with you for taking photos?
While it's great to have you (the agent) on site with us as we shoot, it is not necessary as we understand you are busy with other work deadlines. If you plan to not be on site with us, you will need to provide us the lock box number and any other additional details we should know before entering the property. We will also be communicating with you via text to let you know when we've arrived to the property and completed our work.
When will my photos/media material be delivered?
We understand the urgency in the real estate industry. Our team strives to deliver the final edited photos and all other media criteria within 24 hours after the shoot.
What equipment do you use for real estate photography/videography?
We utilize professional-grade cameras, drones, lenses, and equipment specifically designed for real estate photography and videography. This includes wide-angle lenses, stabilizers, and advanced editing software to ensure the highest quality results.
